Construction of 22 buildings, comprising 320 flats.
Works included construction of a mosque, four central chiller yards, all MEP works, central recreational area development including grading, asphalted roads, car parks, walkways, sports facilities, ablution units, shops, bus stops, and gazebos, garbage receptacles, three fountains, street lights and decorative barriers. Imported granite and gold chandeliers were used for the mosque.
Project was fast-tracked and a turnover of 11 days was achieved for an average of 1,500 sqm slab area. Total built up area of 95,000 sqm; earthworks of 150,000 cum; concrete of 60,000 sqm; external paving of 45,000 sqm.
