Mr. Chaouci Yassine is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Target Engineering Construction Company, a leading single source EPC contractor with stand-alone specialties operating in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Yassine has more than 37 years' extensive experience in the construction sector.
He started his career with SAE International - EIFFAGE Group as a Site Engineer, later on assuming the role of a Project Manager over a period of 17 successful years within the Group.
Mr. Yassine joined Target Engineering Construction Company in 2002 as the Civil & Buildings Division Manager and was promoted to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) in January 2011, before being appointed as the CEO of Target Engineering Construction Company in February 2014.
Mr. Yassine has worked on many oil and gas and high-rise building projects, giving him extensive knowledge and experience in various engineering disciplines, including mechanical, oil and gas, power, instrumentation and controls, marine and civil infrastructure and buildings in both offshore and onshore fields.
Simultaneously, Mr. Yassine is also Chairman of a number of companies such as IDROTEC srl in Italy, and Target Steel Industries. Additionally, he is Chairman and a Board member of Target Construction Saudi Arabia Co.

Mr. Waleed Rashad manages the Mechanical - Power, Oil and Gas Divisions within his capacity as Chief Operating Officer Power, Oil & Gas.
Mr. Rashad has 29 years’ experience in contracting business and handling business strategies, development, plans and challenges with strong leadership in project management for oil and gas, petrochemical and industrial EPC projects for both on-shore and off-shore based sites.
He joined Target Engineering Construction Company in 2004 and has been instrumental in setting up the Mechanical Division, the ASME Certified fabrication workshop, the mechanical oil and gas operations / business in the UAE, KSA and Qatar, achieving a very ambitious business plan focusing on growth, revenue and profitability and gaining client satisfaction through high operational performance.

Mr. Husni Omran is the Chief Finance Officer and has over 20 years’ experience in auditing, financial accounting and reporting.
Mr. Omran is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including financial strategic planning, conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities, managing budgets, forecasts and arranging new sources of finance for projects.
Before joining Target Engineering Construction Company, Mr. Omran worked as a Finance Manager for a subsidiary of the Saudi Binladin Group, and in a managerial position for Deloitte and Touche Tohmatsu.

Mr. Hussein Nasser is the Chief Operating Officer for Civil and Marine Division and has over 23 years' experience in project management of high-rise towers, housings, marinas, heavy marine construction work and oil and gas sector projects.
Mr. Nasser is responsible for independently managing business development, optimal utilisation of division resources, design engineering and prototype handling and successful execution of the projects. He is also responsible for the competitive pricing of all civil and marine projects, considering specific marine construction and transportation risks.
Mr. Nasser joined Target Engineering Construction Company in 1991, and has successfully completed several projects as Project Manager, notably the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Dubai; the ADNOC Ruwais Housing Project; the ADCO North East Bab Administration and Accommodation Buildings; the ADNOC Ruwais Refinery Berth Expansion; the TAKREER Common Fire Training Ground; the Al Wathba Headquarters Building, and several other notable high-rise towers in Abu Dhabi.
Before moving to the Gulf, Mr. Nasser worked for the Beirut Construction and Development Committee as Site Engineer for infrastructure and building projects in Beirut, Lebanon.
